Racing Sport Silencer Universal

This category brings together the universal racing sports silencers handcrafted in Italy, in the province of Bergamo, sold as individual components, without a type-approval certificate. These are mufflers designed for those working on custom builds, track setups, or projects where road homologation is not a requirement and freedom of adaptation is the priority.

It is worth clarifying upfront a distinction that defines how we work: road-approved silencers are supplied exclusively as part of the dedicated fitting kits for each specific motorcycle model. This is because the homologation is only valid in the complete, certified configuration for which it was obtained. The silencers in this section are instead components without a type-approval code, intended to be adapted to custom exhaust systems, aftermarket headers, or racing projects where road compliance is not required.

Anyone who needs a type-approved silencer as a replacement part - for example to replace a worn muffler from a Roadsitalia kit already in use - is welcome to contact our customer service directly via the Contact page or chat: in that case we assess the most appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis, verifying compatibility with the existing homologation.

The universal silencers available in this category have a 50mm inlet diameter and are supplied with a removable dB killer, mounting springs, a rubber-lined silencer bracket, and a pair of high-temperature stickers. The build quality is the same as that used in our complete kits: the difference lies in the absence of a type-approval code and in the fact that installation requires adaptation on the part of the fitter, both in terms of connection points and any modification to the headers.

These silencers are made by hand in Lombardy, in the province of Bergamo, with careful attention to materials and processes. Many items are made to order, with a quality check before dispatch. Sold directly, without intermediaries, they come with support from people who know these exhausts inside out, which is particularly useful when working on non-standard configurations.

Regarding lead times, updated production times are always visible during checkout, before order confirmation. Tracking is sent automatically at the time of dispatch. For any queries before proceeding, please consult the FAQ section or write to us directly via the Contact page or chat.

Within this category you will find the available models with their respective specifications. Differences between one silencer and another may relate to shape, material, and finish.
