Roadsitalia Exhaust
This section brings together the components we use in our own exhaust production — single, dual and full systems — made available as dedicated spare parts. The products are designed for riders who already own a Roadsitalia exhaust and need to replace or add a specific component. Anyone wishing to try adapting them to exhausts of a different origin is free to do so, but compatibility must be verified on a case-by-case basis.
Here you will find spare parts and accessories for sport exhausts selected according to the same criteria we apply to our own production: fit-for-purpose materials, careful workmanship, verified compatibility. Most of these components are manufactured in-house, at our workshop in the province of Bergamo. This allows us to maintain a consistent quality standard and keep direct control over materials and workmanship before dispatch.
The dB killer is among the most requested components: whether it is a wear replacement, an additional unit or an adaptation to an existing exhaust, this section lists the available options by diameter and type. Equally, the soundproofing material inside the silencer degrades over time — especially on bikes ridden hard or in racing configurations — and can be replaced to restore the original acoustic characteristics. The job can be carried out independently or by sending the silencer directly to us, upon request for a quote.
Regarding catalytic converters and No-Kat pipes, availability depends on the specific exhaust configuration and the motorcycle model. End caps, silencer bands and support bands are components subject to continuous thermal stress and vibration, and may require replacement over time due to wear. In practice, however, the most common cause is accidental damage: a low-speed fall, an impact during a manoeuvre or contact in a car park can damage the silencer or its supports without affecting the rest of the bike. In these cases, replacing the individual component is the most straightforward solution to get back on the road without giving up the existing exhaust. Mid pipes and silencer springs follow the same logic: seemingly minor components, but critical for the seal and stability of the system.
The mounting kits in this section serve a different purpose than one might expect. They are not only for fitting a new exhaust from scratch: it occasionally happens that a customer who already owns a Roadsitalia silencer wants to assess fitting it to a different motorcycle from the original. In these cases, subject to prior verification with our technical department on feasibility and compatibility, the mounting kit can be purchased separately to complete the installation. It is an option that always requires a preliminary assessment, but in many cases allows a customer to make the most of a product they already own.
The loose sport silencers in this section are instead intended for those building or modifying their own setup and looking for a muffler compatible with a mid pipe already in their possession.
This section also includes Roads Protection Plus, our extended warranty against accidental damage. Available in one, two or three-year versions, it covers the free repair or replacement of a Roadsitalia exhaust in the event of damage resulting from normal road use. It must be purchased together with a new sport exhaust and includes one intervention per duration. Anyone who has lost their type approval certificate, or needs it in a specific version, can request it through the dedicated category. The certificate is available for both the European and Swiss markets — in the latter case, a copy of the vehicle registration document must be provided. This is the document that certifies the exhaust's compliance with current regulations and should be kept with the motorcycle's paperwork.
