Catalyzers - No Kat

This category contains replacement catalytic converters and No-Kat kits for Roadsitalia exhaust systems. Replacement catalytic converters are for those who need to replace the existing one — due to wear, damage or maintenance — while keeping the catalysed configuration. No-Kat kits are designed for those who want to remove the catalytic converter from the system: in some cases they are also compatible with the bike's original exhaust system, not just the Roadsitalia exhaust. Many also purchase both to be able to switch between configurations depending on how the bike is being used — on the road or on track. All products are divided by bike model and type.

The catalytic converter has a limited service life: over time, and particularly with intensive use or in racing configurations, its emission-reduction capacity progressively decreases. Replacing it with a new catalytic converter restores correct system operation. Removing it via a No-Kat kit results in non-compliance with emissions regulations and invalidates the exhaust's road homologation. In this case, an ECU remap may be necessary to optimise engine delivery, improve performance and prevent any error warning lights from coming on.
