End caps

Replacing end caps, inlet caps and pre-caps typically happens for three reasons: accidental damage — even a low-speed drop or a knock during manoeuvring can compromise these components without affecting the rest of the exhaust system — routine maintenance due to wear over time, or simply the desire to change the aesthetics of the silencer by opting for a different material or profile. In all three cases, replacing the individual component is the most direct solution to get the bike back on the road or refresh the look of the exhaust already installed. End caps are available in carbon and stainless steel, depending on the model. The choice of material affects the aesthetics and weight of the component. The end cap is the visible part at the end of the silencer body, which defines its aesthetic profile and closes the structure. The inlet cap is the element on the opposite side, where the link pipe coming from the headers connects. The pre-cap is the internal structure on which the end cap rests, acting as a base and support.

The range covers the main Roadsitalia silencer models: Special V1 and Special V2, Projsix, Oval/Short, Round, Power and Thunder end caps. For inlet caps, the Doublefire V1, Doublefire V2, Oval and Round versions are available. The pre-cap is available for the Special and Penta silencers and serves to support the dedicated end cap.
