MoreThe Aprilia Shiver 750 is one of those bikes that left a lasting impression on Italian V-twin enthusiasts. Manufactured from 2007 to 2016, it features a 90° V-twin engine displacing 749 cc with double overhead camshafts and four valves per cylinder, delivering 95 HP and 81 Nm of torque. A generous engine with strong mid-range pull, managed by the Ride-by-Wire system with three selectable maps - Sport, Touring and Rain - which at the time of its introduction was a genuine innovation on a production V-twin. The original exhaust, in an underseat configuration with dual outlets, contributes to the Shiver's compact and tidy look, but it is also one of the areas where you can make a real difference to the riding experience. If you are looking for exhausts for Aprilia, here you will find our complete range dedicated to the Shiver 750.
What we offer for the Aprilia Shiver 750 is a pair of slip-on silencers in a dual underseat configuration, designed to replace the original end cans. This is not a full exhaust system: the headers and mid-pipes remain standard, and the upgrade concerns only the end section of the exhaust. Each pair of silencers is supplied complete with a fitting kit - link pipes, springs, clamps and brackets - compatible with the bike's original mounting points, for a direct bolt-on installation with no modifications required. We nevertheless recommend fitting by a qualified mechanic or a trusted workshop, to ensure correct and secure mounting in a sensitive area of the bike such as the underseat zone.
The tangible benefits of replacing the original end cans on the Shiver 750 start with weight. The stock muffler assembly is well known among owners for its considerable size, and swapping it for a pair of aftermarket silencers delivers a noticeable weight saving in the upper and rear section of the bike. The centre of gravity benefits accordingly, and this is particularly felt during direction changes and in overall agility. On the sound front, the 90° V-twin's tone gains a more defined and present voice, with a fuller exhaust note compared to the rather subdued sound of the original. We are not talking about a radical transformation, but a perceptible improvement that brings out the engine's character.
Every exhaust is handmade in Lombardy, in the province of Bergamo, Italy. Each pair of silencers for the Shiver 750 is made to order: nothing is produced for stock, and every single unit goes through a careful quality check before dispatch. The silencers are sold directly, with no middlemen, so whoever answers your questions knows these exhausts inside out, and you have the option to configure your exhaust directly from the product page.
Each silencer is supplied with a standard dB killer fitted, required to meet the noise limits set by the homologation. The dB killer is not officially removable: its removal invalidates the product's homologation. For those who want a further reduced noise level, on selected models the No-Noise version is available, featuring a welded internal baffle that further reduces decibel levels without significantly affecting performance. The No-Noise version, where available, can be selected directly on the product page.
Since only the end cans are being replaced, the Shiver 750's ECU does not normally require any mapping adjustments. The Ride-by-Wire system manages fuelling electronically, and replacing the silencers without modifying the headers or the rest of the exhaust system does not alter the parameters enough to require recalibration. It is a straightforward upgrade that fits into the original system without any electronic complications.
Updated production lead times are always visible during checkout, so you have a precise indication before confirming your order. Once dispatched, tracking information is sent automatically.

Below you will find the product list with all the models available for the Aprilia Shiver 750. The differences between models are mainly aesthetic: silencer shape, sleeve material and finish. Where available, you will also find the option to select the No-Noise version from the drop-down menu within the product page. We recommend entering each product page that interests you to view detailed photos, read the technical specifications and configure your pair of silencers.
