The idea behind the MT-01 is as simple as it is radical: take a 1,670cc air-cooled V-twin derived from the cruiser world and mount it on an aluminium frame with superbike-spec forks and brakes. The result is a naked bike unlike any other, with torque available from the lowest revs that turns every ride into something out of the ordinary. The dual under-seat exhaust system, symmetrical and compact, has been part of this identity from day one: it defines the bike's silhouette just as much as the engine defines its dynamics. The products in this category are sports exhausts designed to replace the original mufflers on the MT-01. The work concerns the two under-seat end cans only: the original headers and the front section of the exhaust system remain in place. Fitting is carried out on the bike's original mounting points with no special adapters required, and each exhaust set is supplied with a complete fitting kit. To ensure a proper seal and correct alignment on both sides, we recommend having the installation carried out by a qualified mechanic.

The weight saving over the pair of stock mufflers is tangible and noticeable across the whole bike. In terms of sound, the MT-01's V-twin — already characterful and deep in standard form — gains a more defined and balanced voice across both sides with sports exhausts, with a richer tone at mid and high revs that suits the personality of the bike perfectly. In terms of behaviour, a different management of exhaust gas flow can favour a more responsive throttle and, in certain riding conditions, a greater feeling of engine readiness.

The dual under-seat layout preserves the visual symmetry that defines the MT-01 and ensures an even weight distribution. Both mufflers share the same construction characteristics and finish, delivering a result that is consistent with the character of the bike.

We build every exhaust in our workshop with handcrafted manufacturing in Lombardy, in the province of Bergamo. Each piece is made to order and goes through internal quality control before dispatch. We operate direct from the manufacturer, without intermediaries: a direct relationship that allows us to maintain consistent quality standards and give every order the attention it deserves.

Every sports exhaust set is supplied with a standard dB killer included in both mufflers. Our exhausts are homologated for road use throughout Europe and Switzerland: the homologation certificate is included and is valid with both dB killers fitted. Removing the dB killers invalidates the product's homologation. For those who want to reduce the sound level further, the No-Noise option is available, with an internally welded filter applied to both mufflers, providing a perceptible reduction in decibels without significantly affecting the exhausts' overall behaviour. As this involves replacing only the end cans on a fuel-injected bike like the MT-01, no ECU remapping or modifications to the engine management are normally required. The engine management adapts to the new configuration without any particular electronic issues.
