With the 2025 model year, the Tracer 7 changes substantially. The CP2 grows to 690 cc in Euro 5+ spec, paired for the first time with Y-CCT ride-by-wire featuring three riding modes and two levels of traction control — a significant electronic step forward compared to the previous generation. The chassis is completely redesigned: new 41 mm fully adjustable inverted fork with 18-level extension adjustment, swingarm extended by 40 mm, revised frame with increased torsional rigidity. The braking system retains the dual 298 mm front discs, now with radial calipers. The tank grows to 18 litres, the seat becomes adjustable between two positions, and the wider, higher handlebar improves riding position on long journeys. Cruise control is now standard. The GT version adds heated grips, thicker seat padding, a taller adjustable windscreen and hard panniers as standard equipment. This is a deeply updated motorcycle with a precise technical identity. For the Tracer 7 2025 we produce a full exhaust system: the original system does not allow replacement of the muffler alone, so our system replaces the entire path from the engine outlet to the terminal, maintaining compatibility with the original mounting points without structural modifications. The silencer is positioned laterally: the underengine layout of the Tracer 7 2025, constrained by the space required to correctly house the catalytic converter in compliance with Euro 5+ specifications, does not allow the underengine positioning used on the previous generation. The mounting kit is included. We recommend installation by a qualified mechanic to ensure a correct and lasting result. Important: the products available in this category are compatible exclusively with the version of the Tracer 7 2025 fitted with two lambda sensors. One aspect to consider before purchasing concerns compatibility with the right-side pannier. Installing the full exhaust system requires removal of the lower support bracket of the right pannier. Some tests have shown that it is possible to fit the pannier alongside an oval 90x120 silencer, but in this configuration the lower bracket will not be present. Installation and use of the right pannier without this support remain at the discretion and under the responsibility of the user.
All systems available in this category are homologated for use on public roads throughout Europe and Switzerland with Euro 5+ certification. The homologation certificate is included in the supply. The Tracer 7 2025 is fitted with a catalysed original exhaust system: to maintain full road-legal compliance, the new exhaust must be purchased in the catalysed version.
The Euro 5+ CP2 already delivers a well-crafted power output from the factory, made more precise and adjustable by the ride-by-wire. A sport full exhaust system further enhances this character: the sound becomes more defined and distinctive, the weight reduction lightens an already compact motorcycle and can contribute to an even more direct throttle response, particularly in the rev range most commonly used on the road. The lateral silencer position is a technical choice linked to the need to correctly house the catalytic converter within the system — a solution that does not compromise the bike's aesthetics and keeps the masses in a balanced position.
Every system is produced through handcrafted manufacturing in Lombardy, in the province of Bergamo, made to order. Manufacturing and assembly are handled internally, with direct quality control before each shipment. Since this is a full exhaust system on a motorcycle with a catalysed original setup, the original catalysed section is also replaced. The catalytic converter is available as an option in the drop-down menu on the product page. Choosing the catalysed version results in no issues with power delivery or warning lights: during the first rides, a short break-in period is normal as the ECU adapts to the new system, with minor variations in delivery that will resolve on their own. Those who choose the version without catalytic converter should be aware that the Tracer 7 2025 is fitted with two lambda sensors: removing the catalytic converter means the second sensor does not find the values expected by the ECU, generating fault code P0420 and triggering the MIL warning light (Malfunction Indicator Lamp). The Lambda Optimizer + AMC Automatic MIL Clear Kit combines two separate modules: the Lambda Optimizer connects in series between the second sensor and the original wiring, optimising power delivery at low and mid revs, while the AMC Automatic MIL Clear connects to the OBD diagnostic port and automatically clears the MIL warning light — plug & play, no permanent modifications. The AMC Automatic MIL Clear is also available separately for those who simply want to eliminate the warning light without affecting engine parameters. The OBD2 Diagnostic Kit allows real-time reading of fault codes, clearing them and monitoring ECU parameters from a smartphone. The version without catalytic converter is in any case intended for track use or private roads only, within the limits permitted by local regulations. Please note: the second lambda sensor on Euro 5+ engines is particularly sensitive and may occasionally activate unexpectedly — those who want complete peace of mind may consider these kits regardless of their choice of catalytic converter.
The dB killer is included as standard. Its removal invalidates the homologation and is not officially supported. For those who want further noise reduction, the No-Noise version is available with a welded internal filter, selectable on the product page without significant impact on performance.
