The original T-Max 530 exhaust is designed as an inseparable unit that does not allow the replacement of the silencer alone. Our system replaces the entire exhaust path maintaining compatibility with the original mounting points without requiring structural modifications. The silencer is in a lateral position, as on the original, but with a completely different aesthetic result: the sporting shape, materials and finishes of our terminals visually transform one of the most characterising elements of the scooter — the one that more than any other communicates the character of its rider. The T-Max 530 2017-2019 is fitted with a Euro 4 exhaust system with a single lambda sensor: the electronic management is straightforward and requires no particular precautions. A sports exhaust liberates that sound, making it fuller and more defined especially in the everyday riding range between 3,000 and 6,000 rpm, where the twin expresses its best torque. On the weight front, reducing the exhaust system on a T-Max 530 that in its generation already made lightness a founding value has a direct effect on the centre of gravity: every kilogram eliminated from a high lateral area improves agility in low-speed manoeuvres — exactly the context in which the T-Max is used most.

Each system is handcrafted in Lombardy, in the province of Bergamo, to order. This is not mass production: every part is machined and assembled in-house, with direct quality control at every stage. As this is a complete exhaust system on a scooter with a catalysed original exhaust, the original catalytic section is also replaced. Choosing the catalysed version results in no fuelling issues or warning light activation, though a short adaptation period for the ECU to the new system is normal: during the first rides, minor variations in power delivery may appear, which will resolve themselves automatically. Those who opt for the non-catalysed version should consider that fuelling may not be optimal and that an ECU remap will likely be necessary to get the best out of the exhaust system. The non-catalysed version is reserved for track use or contexts where road compliance is not required, within the limits permitted by local regulations.

The dB killer is included as standard. It is not officially removable: its removal invalidates the homologation. For those who want further noise reduction, the No-Noise dB killer is available, featuring a welded internal filter that further reduces decibels without significantly affecting performance.
