The products in this category are twin sports exhausts designed to replace the pair of original underseat mufflers. The work concerns the two final silencers only: the original headers and the front section of the exhaust system remain in place. Fitting is carried out on the bike's original mounting points with no special adapters required. Each pair of exhausts is supplied with a complete fitting kit. For an optimal result in terms of sealing and alignment, we recommend having the installation carried out by a qualified mechanic.

Replacing the stock mufflers brings a tangible weight saving, spread across both sides of the tail section, with a positive effect on overall weight and on the aesthetics of the rear end. The FZ6's four-cylinder, already expressive in the upper rev range, gains a more defined and balanced tone across both silencers with a pair of sports exhausts. The acoustic effect is noticeable without becoming excessive for road use. Every pair of sports exhausts is supplied with standard dB killers included in both mufflers. Our exhausts are homologated for road use throughout Europe and Switzerland: the homologation certificate is included and is valid with the dB killers fitted. Removing the dB killers invalidates the product's homologation. For those who want to reduce the sound level further, the No-Noise option is available, with an internally welded filter on both mufflers that provides a perceptible reduction in decibels without significantly affecting the overall behaviour of the exhausts. As this involves replacing only the end cans on a fuel-injected bike like the FZ6, no ECU remapping or modifications to the engine management are normally required. The engine management adapts to the new configuration without any particular electronic issues.
