The liquid-cooled 754 cc parallel twin delivers 76.2 HP and 67 Nm of torque, with a convincing mid-range pull where the engine comes alive with a full and progressive thrust. The steel trellis frame and well-tuned chassis deliver precise, approachable handling that works equally well on tight twisty roads and more relaxed rides. The silencers listed on this page are designed to replace the stock muffler on the Leoncino 800, in its original lateral position. This is a slip-on silencer: the component being replaced is the end section of the exhaust system. The original headers remain in place. It should be noted that the Leoncino 800's stock exhaust system includes two catalytic converters, and replacing the original muffler removes one of them. For this reason, we recommend considering the version with a catalytic converter, in order to maintain the full catalysed configuration as per the original setup. Each silencer comes with a complete fitting kit, including a link pipe, springs, silencer strap with rubber mount and all the hardware needed for a clean installation on the original mounting points. No welding or modifications are required. We still recommend having the installation carried out by a qualified mechanic, who can check that everything is properly tightened and sealed.
The most immediate benefit you'll notice when fitting an aftermarket silencer on the Leoncino 800 is the weight difference. The stock muffler is quite substantial, and replacing it with a sport unit brings a noticeable weight saving at the rear of the bike. This translates into a greater sense of agility in direction changes, though we're not talking about a radical transformation. The other aspect that truly makes a difference is the exhaust note: the 754 cc twin already has an interesting voice, with some characteristic burbling on the overrun. With a sport silencer, the sound becomes more defined and present, with a fuller tone through the mid-range. As this is an Euro 5 model, the original catalysed section remains in place, so don't expect a drastic change in volume — rather, a more distinctive and recognisable exhaust signature compared to stock.

As mentioned, the Leoncino 800's original exhaust system features two catalytic converters: replacing the stock muffler removes one of them. By choosing the catalysed version of our silencer, you restore the complete configuration and get a fully road-legal and homologated exhaust. If you ride on public roads, this is the option we recommend.
Since only the end silencer is being replaced, the Leoncino 800's electronic management is not normally affected. The first catalytic converter and its associated sensors remain in place on the original system. ECU remapping or electronic modifications are not normally required. The silencer installs and operates transparently with respect to the engine management system.
Every silencer includes a standard six-hole dB killer, already fitted. The homologation is valid with the dB killer in place, and removing it voids the product's road-legal compliance. For those looking for an even quieter output, the No-Noise option is available on selected configurations: a welded internal baffle that further reduces decibel levels without significantly affecting performance.
