What we offer is a slip-on silencer that replaces only the original end can on the TRK 502. The headers, catalytic converter and the entire upstream section of the exhaust system remain standard. The product is supplied complete with a fitting kit — link pipe, springs, silencer strap with rubber mount, spacers and brackets — and is compatible with the bike's original mounting points. No structural modifications or adaptations are required. Installation is within reach of anyone with basic mechanical experience, but we still recommend having a qualified mechanic carry out the work to ensure correct tightening and alignment.
In practical terms, the benefits of an aftermarket silencer on this bike centre on three aspects. All our silencers for the TRK 502 2017-2020 are supplied with a standard dB killer fitted. The dB killer is not officially removable: its removal invalidates the product's homologation. For those who want an even quieter exhaust note, some models offer the No-Noise option — a welded internal baffle that further reduces decibel levels without significantly affecting performance. Since only the end can is being replaced, the bike's ECU does not normally require any remapping. The upstream exhaust system — headers and catalytic converter — remains completely original, and the TRK 502's engine management continues to operate under the conditions intended by the manufacturer. It is a straightforward swap that is entirely transparent from an on-board electronics standpoint.
