The product we offer for the TRK 702 is a slip-on silencer that replaces only the stock end can, leaving the original headers and catalytic converter fully intact. This type of modification is one of the simplest and least invasive: the silencer connects directly to the existing mounting point on the exhaust system, with no changes required to the front section. The fitting kit is included in the package and compatibility with the original mounting points is guaranteed. We nevertheless recommend having the installation carried out by a qualified mechanic or trusted workshop, to ensure a secure and long-lasting fit.
In practical terms, the benefits are tangible and immediately noticeable. The TRK 702's ECU continues to read the parameters from the original system in its main section, so remapping or any other electronic intervention is not normally required. Every silencer is supplied with a standard dB killer already fitted. The dB killer is not officially removable, and its removal invalidates the product's type approval. For those who want an even quieter setup, on selected models a No-Noise version is available: this is an internally welded baffle that further reduces decibel levels without significantly affecting performance.
