Our products for the Hyperstrada 821 are slip-on silencers that replace only the original end can, keeping the stock headers and catalytic converter fully intact. This is therefore not a full exhaust system: the kit connects directly to the original mounting point, with no modifications needed to the front section of the exhaust. Since this is a slip-on silencer that does not affect the original catalytic converter, the Hyperstrada 821's ECU does not normally require any changes to the fuel mapping. All our silencers are supplied with a standard dB killer fitted. This component is not officially removable: its removal invalidates the type approval.
