Our products for the Monster 696, 796, and 1100 are slip-on silencers that replace the two original mufflers, keeping headers, mid-pipes, and the entire front section of the exhaust system intact. This is not a full exhaust system: the swap involves only the pair of end cans. Each silencer comes with the required fitting kit and connects directly to the original mounting points on the bike, with no modifications needed to the frame or brackets. We still recommend having the installation carried out by a qualified mechanic, to ensure proper torque and precise alignment of both silencers in the undertail area.
Compared to the stock mufflers, our silencers deliver a noticeable weight reduction at the rear of the bike — an area where even a few hundred grams less make a tangible difference in handling. The exhaust note changes character: the L-twin Desmodue gains a more defined, fuller voice, with a richer tone especially in the mid-range. We're not talking about radical transformations or power gains — we're talking about a more distinctive sound and a considerably sharper look compared to the original silencers, which are often oversized and anonymous.

Each pair of silencers is made to order and goes through in-house quality control before dispatch. This allows us to guarantee a level of attention to detail that mass production can rarely match. Direct from the manufacturer sales cut out the middlemen: buyers receive a product that has been managed internally from welding to shipping.
For this platform, a version with a catalytic converter is available, selectable from the drop-down menu within the product page. The catalysed version allows road-legal use in compliance with current regulations. If you prefer the non-catalysed version, intended exclusively for track or off-road use, you'll find that option in the configuration as well.
Since only the end silencers are being replaced, the rest of the original exhaust system — including any upstream catalytic elements — remains in place. ECU remapping is not normally required: the engine management system continues to operate with its factory parameters, without triggering anomalies or the need for electronic adjustments.
Every silencer includes the standard dB killer, which is not officially removable. Its removal voids the product's homologation. For those who want an even lower noise level, the No-Noise version is available on selected models: a welded internal baffle that reduces decibels without significantly affecting performance. This option is also selectable directly on the product page.
