Produced between 2000 and 2005, when Cagiva still controlled both Ducati and MV Agusta, the Raptor was able to draw from the best of three different worlds. Top-tier components — Marzocchi upside-down forks, Brembo Gold Series braking system — and a liquid-cooled Japanese engine with electronic fuel injection, capable of around 110 HP on a dry weight of approximately 194 kg. A muscular naked bike with a strong low-end character and generous torque that still makes it a seriously fun ride today, both on the road and through mountain twisties. Our products for this model are slip-on silencers, designed to replace the original lateral end cans (right and left) while keeping the headers and the rest of the stock exhaust system fully intact. Each silencer comes with a standard dB killer already fitted. The dB killer is not officially removable: its removal voids the product's homologation. Where available, the No-Noise version can also be selected, featuring a welded internal filter that further reduces decibel levels without significantly affecting performance. This option is also configurable directly in the product page.

Since only the silencers are being replaced, ECU remapping is not normally required. The Raptor 1000's fuel injection system handles the slight change in exhaust back pressure without issues, and no specific electronic adjustments are needed after installation.
