Within the GSX-R family of the early 2000s, the 750 always held a special place: more powerful than the 600, lighter and more agile than the 1000, with an inline four-cylinder engine whose strength lay in a broad and exploitable power band. A motorcycle that sacrificed nothing to extreme specialisation, and for that reason proved convincing both on the road and on track. Ours is a flanged sports silencer designed to replace the original end can in the lateral position. It bolts directly onto the original headers without any modifications. It is not a full exhaust system: the headers remain stock, as does the entire front section. Only the end can is replaced, with a direct and reversible fitment. The mounting kit is included and compatibility is with the original Suzuki fittings. For installation, we recommend entrusting the work to a qualified mechanic, especially for the correct torque on the flanged joints and for the proper alignment of the studs: from one production year to another there may be a slight misalignment of the holes, normally manageable by slightly enlarging the holes on the exhaust flange.
The weight saving compared to the original end can is immediate and noticeable: the silencer significantly lightens the rear section of the bike, with positive effects on overall handling. The exhaust note gains definition and presence, with a rounder and fuller voice compared to the stock end can, consistent with the character of the 750 engine. In terms of rideability, replacing the exhaust end can may favour smoother gas flow management and, in some conditions, contribute to a more fluid and progressive throttle response. No ECU remapping is normally required for the sole replacement of the end can.
The dB killer is included as standard inside the silencer. Its removal invalidates the product's homologation and is not officially permitted.
