The silencers we offer for this model are sport silencers designed to replace the original muffler, which on the Street Triple 765 RS is positioned low, under the engine. This is not a full exhaust system: the original headers and connectors remain in place. The intervention concerns exclusively the silencer, with fittings compatible with the stock ones. The mounting kit is included. We recommend installation by a qualified mechanic to ensure correct sealing and an optimal result.
The most immediate advantage is the weight reduction compared to the original muffler, which on the RS is not particularly light. This results in a reduction of unsprung mass and a slightly improved weight distribution. On the sound side, the Triumph three-cylinder already delivers a pleasant tone from the factory: the sport silencer makes it fuller, more defined, with greater presence especially at mid-to-high revs, without becoming intrusive in everyday use. As this is an intervention limited to the silencer, the ECU does not normally require any mapping modifications: the Street Triple 765 RS injection system autonomously manages the flow variations introduced by the new silencer, without the need for specific remapping in the vast majority of cases.
