In 2013 Triumph rewrote the Street Triple 675 more deeply than it first appeared. The frame was lightened and redesigned, the gearbox ratios revised drawing from the Daytona 675, and the exhaust layout changed radically: out went the dual under-tail terminals of the previous generation, in came a single low-mounted lateral silencer that shifted the centre of mass downward and forward. A structural change, not merely aesthetic, that altered how the bike behaves in corners and direction changes. The products in this category are sports silencers designed to replace the original terminal on the Street Triple 675 in the 2013-2016 version. They do not replace the headers or affect the lower part of the exhaust system: this is a targeted replacement of the low lateral terminal, compatible with the bike's original mounting points. Each silencer is supplied complete with fitting kit. Installation by a qualified mechanic is recommended.
The most immediate benefit is weight reduction: our exhaust terminals are significantly lighter than the original, with a direct effect on the agility of a bike already designed from the factory to be responsive and light in direction changes. The sound character transforms noticeably, becoming fuller and more defined, more consistent with the character of the 675 cc inline three-cylinder. In terms of power delivery, optimised flow management can favour a more linear throttle response and, in certain riding conditions, a feeling of greater mid-range responsiveness. From an aesthetic standpoint, the lateral profile of the bike changes significantly: the exhaust terminal is one of the most visible and defining elements of the Street Triple 2013-2016, and choosing the right model can considerably enhance its look.
We manufacture our sport exhausts through handcrafted manufacturing in Lombardy, in the province of Bergamo. Each silencer is made to order, with an internal quality check carried out before dispatch. Direct from the manufacturer sales allow us to maintain a direct relationship with our customers, with the ability to answer specific technical questions about the model or the most suitable configuration for the intended use.
All models are homologated for road use, with the homologation certificate included in the supply. The dB killer is included as standard in every silencer: its removal invalidates the homologation and is not officially permitted. For those who prefer a more subdued sound, the No-Noise version is available, featuring an internally welded filter for a further reduction in decibels without significantly affecting engine behaviour. The No-Noise version is selectable directly on the product page.
As this is a replacement of the terminal only, the original catalytic section remains in place. Under normal riding conditions, no modification to the ECU mapping is required. Any optimisations can be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the chosen configuration and intended use.
