The Complete Kit Lambda Optimizer + AMC Automatic MIL Clear is the most comprehensive solution for Euro 5+ motorcycles that aim to:

1) LAMBDA OPTIMIZER – Improved and optimized engine delivery
The Lambda Optimizer operates on the second lambda sensor (post-catalytic converter), communicating with the ECU and transmitting optimized parameters.
On some Yamaha models, a warning may appear on the dashboard at every startup: press “OK” using the central button on the left handlebar switch. The warning will not cause any restriction or limitation to the motorcycle. For those who prefer not to display this message during servicing, it is possible to consider removing the module before the intervention and reinstalling it afterward.
The Lambda Optimizer works by enriching the fuel mixture at low RPM, which is when the lambda sensor is normally active. This allows the motorcycle’s performance to be optimized precisely in that operating range.

Additionally:

However, due to the high sensitivity of Euro 5+ systems and the different software strategies adopted by manufacturers, it is not possible to guarantee 100% warning light elimination on every vehicle.

2) AMC AUTOMATIC MIL CLEAR – Warning light automatically eliminated
The AMC Automatic MIL Clear works at diagnostic level by connecting to the motorcycle’s OBD / Euro 5+ port.
Operation
- If the warning light is already on: it switches off automatically once connected
- If the warning light turns on in the future: it clears it at the first Key OFF / Key ON cycle
- Prevents the fault from being permanently stored in the ECU

- Does not modify performance
- Does not alter fuel mapping or ignition timing

Installing the LAMBDA OPTIMIZER
Step 1 – Locate the second lambda sensor (post-catalytic converter)
Find the lambda sensor positioned after the catalytic converter on the exhaust system. It is usually located on the headers or on the pipe section immediately after the catalytic converter.
Step 2 – Device connection
- Disconnect the original electrical connector of the second lambda sensor.
- Connect the Lambda Optimizer inline between the lambda sensor and the motorcycle’s original wiring harness.
- Connect the eyelet cable directly:
- to the negative battery terminal, or
- to an engine bolt that ensures proper grounding.
Step 3 – Module positioning
Install the module in a safe location away from excessive heat sources, direct vibrations, and water or moisture. Secure it with zip ties ensuring that cables are not under tension, do not interfere with moving parts, and do not touch extremely hot exhaust components.
Installing the AMC AUTOMATIC MIL CLEAR
Step 1 – Locate the motorcycle’s diagnostic port
The diagnostic port is generally located under the seat or near the ECU.
Step 2 – Correct connection according to port type
- Dedicated Euro 5+ port: connect the device using the supplied red Euro 5+ adapter.
- Standard OBD port: remove the red adapter and connect the module directly to the OBD port.
Step 3 – Securing the module
Position the device in a protected area under the seat and secure it firmly.
No software, applications, external OBD tools, or ECU interventions are required. The system operates automatically.
