The Motorcycle OBD2 Diagnostic Kit allows you to connect directly to your bike’s diagnostic port to read real-time data and manage ECU error codes, such as the well-known P0420 related to catalytic converter issues or faulty lambda sensors.

With the ELM327 V1.5 Bluetooth 4.0 module and the 3-in-1 adapter cable, you can use a single kit for different motorcycles equipped with Yamaha 3-pin, 4-pin, or Euro5+ 6-pin connectors.

USE OF THE PRODUCT

I have a 2025 Yamaha XSR 125 Euro 5+. I changed the exhaust and fitted one with two sensor inlets but without a catalytic converter. I get the engine error. I would like to know how I can solve this with this product, as I don't know if the voltage of the sensors has to be changed from the phone with the bluetooth device or what has to be done... Thank you very much.

Thank you for writing to us.

The Bluetooth device you have is used to run a diagnosis of the engine ECU with an app on your phone. It does not change the voltage of the sensors or modify the ECU. It reads the stored errors and lets you clear them.

When the catalytic converter is removed, the ECU of your XSR 125 Euro 5+ detects an abnormal value in the sensors and turns on the engine warning light. With this kit, every time the light comes on you will have to connect the module, run the scan with the app and turn it off manually. It is normal for the light to come back on after a few trips, because the cause is still there.

If you prefer not to have to do this every time, we recommend our MIL kit. It connects directly to the bike's OBD diagnostic socket and keeps the engine warning light always off, without you having to do anything:
